 Our experience with Mary Jane Roach as a realtor was wonderful. My husband, a retired Army soldier, and I decided to move to another city. Because of her knowledge of the real estate market she took time to study the market in our area, and told us when would be a good time to put our current home on the market. That information led to our home selling within 48 hours.
Mary Jane not only collected the paper work necessary for the new house but she maintained contact with the new home builder during the building process. She asked questions on our behalf and collected information from the salesman who sold use the lot for the new house. My husband's job requires a lot of travel, so Mary Jane even went to the lot to inspect it with me before the building process started.
As the process continued she made weekly calls to me and the builder to questions the status of our home. Mary Jane took time out of her schedule to inspect the structure monthly (keep in mind this is a round trip of 100 miles for her). She knew to inquire about the depth of the foundation, the type of wood used for framing, electrical wiring needed, the type of insulation, and the building codes for homes in the area. My husband and I are so thankful to have her knowledge and expertise on our side.
Because of my husband's continuous travel, it was a relief to know that I didn't have to rely on my limited knowledge of real estate and building issues. When it was time to lock an interest rate she went with me to the lender with a list of prepared questions for them about the loan. She even had them make copies of the paperwork that we should have for our records. again an unfamiliar arena to me, she helped prepare use for the actual purchasing process.
The day before Mary Jane was scheduled for major surgery, (which she put off on our behalf) she had the lender fax the entire packet we would later go through with the lender, to prepare us for what to expect at signing. This gave us an opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns we had. What a phenomenal realtor! She prepared us for the entire closing process. Mary Jane even apologized for not being at the signing due to surgery.
There is absolutely no way we could have completed our new home purchase with such ease, without her. Mary Jane is an asset to anyone in the real estate industry! I recommend her to our adult children and friends in the market for any real estate needs.

 Mary Jane Roach has helped our family have such a positive experience with the selling of our first home. We have lived in this home in Temple for thirteen years.
